Sales Executive

 

We are a well-established, IT/WebsiteDevelopment Provider located in Bismarck, ND. We provide technology solutions for small to medium sizedbusinesses as well as website development and custom programming.    

We are looking for an accomplishedprofessional with sales and account management experience.   Candidate must have an in-depth understandingof sales and what it takes to succeed in this role.  Previous IT, website development, ormarketing sales experience is a plus.  Thisposition offers a base salary and commission. 

 

Position responsibilities

 

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships.

  • Locate, develop, and close new customer leads.

  • Qualify sales opportunities.

  • Research products/solutions and present to customers.

  • Create and provide quotes to customers and complete thesale.

  • Oversee customer installations and projects.

  • Obtain relevant IT sales certifications for 3rdparty software.

     

    Desired Skills & Experience

     

  • 2+ years of experience with accountmanagement/sales in the IT or website development field.  Or 3+ years of account management/sales inanother industry.

  • Customer service focused.

  • A history of working commission based sales

  • An understanding of sales principles.

  • Ability to understand fundamental needsexpressed by customers.

  • Ability to find new business and win newaccounts.

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Desire to be with an organization long-term.

  • Polished professional appearance.

  • Existing business relationships and industrycontacts are a plus.

  • Ability to adapt well with changing businessconditions.
